Project Manager
Description
PT. Sentra Studia Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our education-related projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Responbilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues and ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members to foster collaboration and maximize performance.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
