Responsibilities
Join our team as an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst and play a key role in bridging business needs with IT solutions, managing IT projects, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to go-live.
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for one or more business units.
- Understand business objectives and proactively identify IT solutions to support their achievement.
- Manage and deliver IT projects or change requests from initiation through go-live.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper implementation and execution.
- Handle requirements gathering, documentation, UAT coordination, and issue tracking.
- Report project status, risks, and roadblocks to business leaders and management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable documentation and change management standards within the banking environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in IT-related roles, with experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum, is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
