Job Description

Responsibilities

Pre-Deployment & Procurement Coordination

  • Review project BOQ, technical specifications, and sales handover documents.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to validate the scope of work before project kick-off.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure all items to be ordered align with the approved quotation and client requirements.
  • Monitor material readiness and delivery schedules to ensure project timelines are not hampered.
  • Identify long-lead items and mitigate the risk of delays.

Project Planning & Resource Management

  • Develop a master project timeline (Ms. Project / Gantt Chart).
  • Coordinate with the Lead Engineer / Operations Head to determine resource allocation (PM, Engineer, Technician).
  • Analyze team workload and assist with manpower balancing between projects.
  • Prepare an internal project kick-off before submitting it to the Project Coordinator.
  • Project Monitoring & Governance
  • Monitor overall project progress (cost, schedule, quality).

  • Ensure the project runs according to the baseline timeline and budget.
  • Track variation orders/change requests and coordinate with Sales.
  • Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans.
  • Maintain centralized project documentation.

Reporting & Global Coordination

  • Prepare a weekly internal project dashboard.
  • Prepare a monthly project report for global management.
  • Coordinate with the Global Project Team to align specifications and global standards.
  • Ensure Indonesian project execution aligns with global expectations and client corporate standards.
  • Participate in global coordination calls.

Compulsory Qualifications

  • Minimum 35 years experience in Project Management / PMO role (preferably in AV / MEP / IT system integrator).
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Project Management or equivalent.
  • Strong in Ms. Project / Gantt scheduling.
  • Good understanding of AV system integration workflow.
  • Excellent documentation & reporting skills.
  • Strong coordination & communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal) mandatory for global coordination.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Point)

  • Experience handling multinational or global rollout projects.
  • PMP / Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiar with ERP / Project tracking system.
  • Familiar with AV brands ecosystem (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Cisco, Logitech, etc.
