Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bandung. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for AI and technology initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing logistics and project documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. The role also involves identifying and resolving risks and issues, communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders, and aligning project activities with business goals and timelines. The Project Manager will contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and support knowledge sharing across the organization.

Must-have Specification

• 3–5 years as a Project Manager in software development, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting (multi-client, not single-product)
• Proven track record delivering web or mobile projects end to end
• Agile/Scrum in practice, not just theory — and pragmatic about adapting it to client reality
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; you'll draft client-facing documents and lead meetings in both
• Technically literate: you don't need to code, but you should understand APIs, databases, deployment, and what makes an estimate realistic
• Able to hold your ground with a client while keeping the relationship warm
• Genuinely organized under concurrency — you can carry six projects without dropping one

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows (Claude, Cursor, or similar).
• We're actively rebuilding our PM processes around agentic tooling and want someone who leans into that
• Familiarity with Project Management Tools, GitLab, and Figma
• AE or account management background alongside PM
