Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Manager
- Collected, and analyzed data to support monitoring of customer journey performance and operational insights.
- Lead and Supported initiatives by coordinating customer journey, booking flow, and provider-related processes across business.
- Prepared and communicated customer journey, user stories, and process documentation for internal review and system implementation.
- Actively participated in cross-functional meetings and ensure the timeline to support project alignment and delivery.
2. Provider & TPA Relations and Comms
- Oversee invoice management, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain TPA reports, monthly submissions, budget tracking, and compliance documents.
- Manage TPA governance: SOW, attestation, guidelines, addendums, and service validation.
- Supporting Health business such as review claim cost, customer journey and agreement from provider.
- Ensure Resolving healthcare providers issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure communication regarding any service, changes and upcoming initiatives from healthcare providers to Customer and every stakeholder. Such as PD Update, Agency Update, e-flyer also social media content related with claim and hospitals agreement.
- Familiar handling crisis communication related with claim and hospitals agreement. Such as stand by statement, scenario and communication plan.
- Ensure strategic hospitals Promotion.
- Ensure relationships with healthcare providers/physicians.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality services to healthcare providers.
- Building and maintaining accurate healthcare providers information's and databases.
- Provide education to healthcare providers on insurance coverages available.
- Collaborate with management to develop new strategies for establishing partnerships with healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degrees (S1) in any major field.
- 3 years experience as a Provider Relation or Marketing or Corporate communication or Project Management.
- General operations and business process of health business/TPA related.
- Knowledge of life and health insurance products.
- Good in relationship management, communication, negotiation and, presentation skill
- Analytical skills to understand data, customer analytics, financial results and reports (logical thinking)
- Provision in MS Office
- Capable of working in fast paced environment
