  • Act as the central point of contact and project lead for all marketing initiatives at Kacamatamoo, including product launches, partnerships, campaigns, collaborations, and special programs.
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing projects from initial briefing, planning, and alignment to go-live and post-launch follow-up.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Digital, E-Commerce, Retail Operations) and external partners to ensure all projects are properly scoped, prioritized, and executed.
  • Translate business or marketing ideas into clear project plans, timelines, and execution flows.
  • Ensure project readiness prior to Go-Live, including creative assets, copy, channel placement, e-commerce setup, and overall project alignment.
  • Monitor execution progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Track and document all ongoing marketing projects and maintain clear project communication across stakeholders.
  • Support performance monitoring of marketing projects and prepare basic reports or updates for management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing project workflows to support fast-moving and scalable execution.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with prior experience as a Project Manager, Campaign Manager, or Marketing Lead.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and offline/retail).
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels and retail promotion mechanics.
  • Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Proficient in project management and marketing tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Asana/Trello/Notion, basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Analytics).
