Project Manager (Microgrid)

Scope of Work:

1. Lead role in planning, monitoring, controlling, and delivering microgrid projects, focusing on automation/control system and energy storage.
2. Accountable for the entire project scope, resource, budget, timeline, and cash flow.
3. Manage internal and external stakeholders of the project.
4. Working closely with engineering team for engineering deliverable as well as on site pre-comm & commissioning activities.
5. Provide weekly report to Technical Director and pro-actively communicating issues.
6. Maintain and improve internal project monitoring tools (google sheet-based) and documents (google drive).

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical / Power / Physics, from reputable University.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience with strong background in Automation/Control System/SCADA project management & execution
3. Excellent communication skill in verbal and writing in the form of presentation slides, reports, emails, and negotiation / clarification sessions.
4. Experience with minimum two hybrid/microgrid PV/energy storage projects.
5. Agile, assertive, focused, result-oriented.

Plus Point if you:

1. Experience working with PLN and/or renewable energy IPP.
2. Experience executing/delivering automation/control system/SCADA scope of work in hybrid/off-grid/microgrid PV application.
