Job Description

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly within scope, timeline, and budget. You'll also assist in monitoring progress and communicating updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for creative and digital campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate project activities across creative, production, social media, strategy, and account teams, ensuring smooth workflow and clear task ownership.
  • Implement effective project management processes, schedules, and tracking systems to keep all stakeholders aligned and ensure projects run efficiently from briefing to final delivery.
  • Manage and communicate all creative and revision requests between internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely execution.
  • Maintain a productive and safe working environment, especially during shoots, production days, and on-ground activations.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing solutions.
  • Manage complete project documentation, including briefs, timelines, status reports, revisions, approvals, and final deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of accountability and ownership of tasks.
