Project Manager (Logistics) 1-Year Project-Based Contract

Role Overview:We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead the logistics operations for a strategic initiative: Koperasi Desa Merah Putih. Please note that this is a project-based position with a fixed-term contract of 1 year. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of logistics, ensuring seamless execution from warehouse to the final mile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Operations: Oversee transportation management, warehouse and inventory control, and distribution strategies, including last-mile delivery.
• Financial Control: Manage project budgeting and implement cost control measures to ensure resource efficiency.
• Vendor & 3PL Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and vendors to maintain service standards.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and develop robust contingency plans.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Professional Experience: 510 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• Technical Background: Proven expertise in end-to-end logistics projects involving warehouses, transportation, and last-mile distribution.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Strata 1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain.
• Contract Commitment: Ability to commit to a 1-year project-based contract.
