We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our IT team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion within the specified timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and management, providing updates and reporting on progress.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in project management within the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
