Project Manager Intern

ProjectManager Intern will assist the Project Manager in managing and coordinating client implementation projects and system enhancement initiatives within one of our supporting brand.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related role.
• Experience in managing IT projects, system implementation, or software development projects is preferred.
• Basic understanding of business requirement documentation, project lifecycle, and system development processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Available for 6-months program

Job Descriptions :

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring client implementation projects and system enhancement initiatives.
• Track project progress, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure projects are completed according to the agreed scope and schedule.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), meeting minutes, project status reports, and other relevant project documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and Operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing project updates, maintaining project trackers, and following up on outstanding tasks.
• Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Conduct client training sessions and prepare user guides or training materials to support system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and monitor issues to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
