Project Manager Intern
Job Description:
- User Requirement Gathering
- Conduct interviews and discussion sessions with users to understand business processes, pain points, and AI automation needs.
- Gather and document business requirements, use cases, FAQs, and expected AI behaviors.
- Assist in translating business requirements into implementation-ready documentation.
- AI Blueprint & Conversation Design
- Create AI implementation blueprints, including conversation flows, intent structures, escalation paths, and automation scenarios.
- Design chatbot/AI agent workflows based on customer business processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI logic and user experience.
- Platform Configuration
- Configure conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Qontak.
- Set up chatbot flows, intents, automation rules, integrations, and knowledge bases.
- Support integration testing and configuration validation.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and scenario validation before deployment.
- Identify issues, bugs, or conversation gaps and coordinate fixes with the technical team.
- Ensure chatbot responses and flows meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Project Go-Live Support
- Support deployment and go-live activities for AI implementation projects.
- Monitor initial chatbot performance after launch and document improvement recommendations.
- Assist in preparing user guides and implementation documentation.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Technology.
- Strong interest in AI, chatbot technology, automation, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with API Integration is a plus.
- Basic understanding of business process analysis and workflow mapping.
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced implementation environment.
