Job Description

  • Project Planning
  • Develop project charter, scope of work, and project roadmap
  • Prepare master schedule, milestones, and overall project timeline
  • Develop RAB/BoQ, cost estimation, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting plan
  • Create risk register and mitigation plan
  • Define resource requirements (manpower, vendors, materials, tools)
  • Project Execution & Implementation
  • Manage infrastructure development and construction activities
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications, design standards, and quality requirements
  • Control physical and non-physical project progress
  • Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting
  • Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and risk
  • Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, executive reports)
  • Manage project deviations (schedule, cost, scope)
  • Execute change management and change request processes
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams
  • Manage relationships with regulators, government authorities, and external parties
  • Communicate effectively with project owners, sponsors, and management
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Lead tendering process and vendor evaluation
  • Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance
  • Handle claims, disputes, and escalations
  • Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, K3, HSE standards, and licensing
  • Oversee project risk management processes
  • Conduct infrastructure readiness audits
  • Maintain comprehensive technical and legal documentation
  • Project Closing & Handover
  • Finalize project completion
  • Prepare as-built documentation
  • Manage infrastructure handover process
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and lessons learned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Infrastructure Development
  • Strong experience in Project Lifecycle Management
  • Solid experience in Budgeting & Cost Control (CAPEX/OPEX)
  • Strong Risk Management capabilities
  • Experience in Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Strong understanding of Regulatory & Compliance standards
  • Experience in preparing Technical Documentation
  • Proven experience in IT Banking industry (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale infrastructure projects simultaneously
