Job Description

Project Planning
Develop project charter, scope of work, and project roadmap
Prepare master schedule, milestones, and overall project timeline
Develop RAB/BoQ, cost estimation, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting plan
Create risk register and mitigation plan
Define resource requirements (manpower, vendors, materials, tools)
Project Execution & Implementation
Manage infrastructure development and construction activities
Coordinate vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications, design standards, and quality requirements
Control physical and non-physical project progress
Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting
Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and risk
Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, executive reports)
Manage project deviations (schedule, cost, scope)
Execute change management and change request processes
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams
Manage relationships with regulators, government authorities, and external parties
Communicate effectively with project owners, sponsors, and management
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Vendor & Contract Management
Lead tendering process and vendor evaluation
Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Monitor vendor performance and compliance
Handle claims, disputes, and escalations
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, K3, HSE standards, and licensing
Oversee project risk management processes
Conduct infrastructure readiness audits
Maintain comprehensive technical and legal documentation
Project Closing & Handover
Finalize project completion
Prepare as-built documentation
Manage infrastructure handover process
Conduct post-project evaluation and lessons learned
