Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects in the fields of

education, community development, NGOs, and social enterprises. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, implementation, and reporting, with a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic and multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of educational and community-based projects.

Ensure timely delivery of project activities in line with donor requirements and organizational standards.

Develop project reports, work plans, and budgets.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including local communities, partner organizations, and international

donors.

Supervise and support project staff and consultants.

Promote learning, innovation, and best practices within projects.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, Development Studies, Education, Social Sciences, or any related field (Master's degree preferred).

25 years of professional experience in project management within NGOs, social enterprises,

community development, or educational projects.

Demonstrated experience working with international organizations and donor-funded projects.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a Must.

Skills:

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools and frameworks.

Experience in capacity-building and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Strong cultural sensitivity and teamwork skills.
