Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise management, channel operations, or home renovation industry operations.
  • Familiar with home renovation business models and customer conversion processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues through operational data.
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple regions.
  • Strong execution skills and able to work under pressure.
