The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality service across all sites in alignment with contract standards and client satisfaction.
- Optimize operational costs and ensure budget efficiency at every location.
- Manage timely and accurate administrative documentation, including billing supports.
- Execute strategic plans to support the company's business growth targets.
- Lead employee engagement and competency development programs for the security team.
- Implement and enforce a strong HSE culture to achieve Zero LTI and Zero Fatality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Proven experience as a Security Chief or Supervisor.
- Must hold a Gada Utama certification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale security teams.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- Analytical thinker with the ability to make swift, accurate decisions under pressure.
- Tech-savvy, especially in computer operations for reporting and documentation.
