Role Description

The Project Manager for Construction will oversee end-to-end project delivery for on-site construction activities in Denpasar on a contract basis. Responsibilities include planning project scope and schedules, coordinating resources, supervising daily site operations, and ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. The role involves managing contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress against milestones and budgets, and resolving issues that may affect timelines or quality. The Project Manager will prepare reports, conduct regular inspections, communicate with stakeholders, and support efficient logistics and expediting processes to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
• Must Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale construction.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Proficiency in Inspection activities, with strong attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Logistics Management capabilities to handle on-site material flow, vendor coordination, and supply chain support
• Prior experience in construction project leadership, preferably with commercial or industrial building projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced site environments
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management and construction software tools is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Denpasar and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
