Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager
- Has experience handling projects in Financial Services Industry (Insurance/Banking) [MANDATORY]
- Has experience handling project related with Data Platform or Data Migration [MANDATORY]
- Strong experience in IT strategic planning and transformation projects
- Proven experience handling end-to-end project lifecycle
- Able to work closely with business users and translate business needs into project execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiar with project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum)
- Able to manage timeline, budget, and project risks effectively
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
