Job Description

Job Description:

  • Drive execution of complex, cross-functional critical Engineering Infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
  • Partner closely with TPM, Platform Engineering , SRE and related engineering infrastructure teams to define execution plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Identify technical, operational, dependencies, resource constraint risks early lead mitigation planning and execution to progress platform rollout and delivery timelines.
  • Continuously optimize project management processes and templates to improve delivery efficiency and predictability.
  • Communicate critical projects status, risks, and trade-offs to management and key stakeholders with clarity and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in technical platforms or large-scale software engineering systems.
  • Proven experience driving complex, multi-dependency projects across multiple teams, with strong execution capability and risk awareness.
  • Strong structured thinking and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects to delivery in ambiguous environments and effectively communicate and report at the executive level.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native IaaS/PaaS products from major cloud service providers (e.g. AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
