Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of Front Arena Treasury implementations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality across global banking projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery across Front Arena programs
- Manage 8–10 member teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive project planning, estimation, risk, and change management
- Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards
- Act as single point of accountability for delivery and issue resolution
Required Skills
- Experience delivering projects for banks/financial institutions
- Strong exposure to banking, brokerage, asset/wealth management
- Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and SDLC
Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of capital markets and trade lifecycle
- Experience with trading platforms like Murex, Calypso, or Finastra Summit
- Familiarity with Front Arena architecture and trading tools preferred
