Project Manager / Delivery Lead

We're building one of the most ambitious enterprise HR platforms in Southeast Asia - an AI-native system that will serve tens of thousands of employees across a dozen countries. We need someone in Indonesia who can own the delivery from the inside.

This isn't a status-report PM role. You'll be the single point of trust between our engineering team and a large, demanding corporate client. You'll protect scope, run governance, write the documents that trigger payments, and catch problems before they become crises. The engineers are excellent and async-first. Your job is to make sure their work lands.

What makes this role interesting: The project has real teeth - complex integrations, tight timelines, a client that knows what they want. You won't be bored. The team is small and elite, so your decisions actually matter.

What you'll actually do

• Run weekly working sessions, bi-weekly technical reviews, and monthly steering meetings with client stakeholders
• Own the change register - nothing becomes scope without going through you
• Draft and manage BAST (acceptance) documentation for each delivery milestone
• Translate between a distributed engineering team and an Indonesian corporate environment

What we need from you

• 4+ years managing software delivery for Indonesian enterprise clients
• Fluent English, written and spoken - all client communication is in English
• You've navigated BAST processes and milestone-based payment cycles before
• Comfortable running a remote, distributed team you don't share a timezone with
• Based in Indonesia; able to be in Jakarta for kickoff and key milestones
