Insignia is looking for a Project Manager – Data & AI to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Software Engineering, Data, and Artificial Intelligence.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, managing technical projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Software, Data, and AI projects
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project dependencies, risks, issues, and scope changes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, AI, Product, and Business
- Translate technical progress and challenges into clear stakeholder updates
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are aligned and effectively executed
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture
- Proven experience managing technical projects within a technology environment
- Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to effectively bridge technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or Asana
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Data, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, or Analytics projects
- Experience working with modern data ecosystems and cloud platforms
- Experience in IT Consulting, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing client-facing or enterprise technology projects
