Project Manager (Data/AI)

At Insignia, we're looking for a Project Manager (Senior Level) someone who can confidently lead teams in building software, data, or AI-driven solutions. You'll navigate technical discussions, align stakeholders, and keep project timelines tight while driving clarity and momentum across teams.

Bonus points if you've managed projects involving GenAI, LLMs, or other cutting-edge AI solutions.

What You'll Do :

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams

Translate engineering progress into clear updates for stakeholders

Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope changes

Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and product leads

Support agile ceremonies sprints, standups, retros, and more

Who You Are :

Strong grasp of software development and system architecture

5 years of project management experience in tech environments (mandatory)

Proficient in Jira, Trello, Notion, or Asana

Excellent communicator who can bridge dev teams and business stakeholders

Bonus: Experience managing GenAI, AI/ML, or data-heavy projects
