Job Purpose
Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and maintain effective communication among clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
- Develop and maintain project timelines according to agreed schedules.
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Update project dashboards and maintain accurate project records.
2. Project Administration
- Complete project documentation, financial settlements, and administrative tasks within established timelines.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
3. Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors throughout project execution and installation activities.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with company SOPs, & quality standards requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on installation work and project deliverables.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other internal departments to support project execution.
- Ensure materials and resources are delivered according to project schedules.
5. Quality Assurance
- Monitor project quality throughout execution.
- Ensure project deliverables meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Report quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
6. Problem Solving & Customer Support
- Identify and resolve project issues within assigned authority.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues proactively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues to the Area Project Manager when necessary.
7. Cost Control
- Support project cost efficiency by minimizing operational errors and unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure efficient utilization of project resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience coordinating projects in interior residential, or furniture
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using project management software or project dashboards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project documentation, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Experience coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
