About The Role
PT Citra Komunikasi Utama (CKU) is looking for a Project Manager to lead, manage, and oversee the execution of technology and digital infrastructure projects, including IoT, FTTH, digital payment solutions, system implementation, telecom infrastructure, and other strategic technology initiatives.
This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, partners, and technical stakeholders to ensure effective project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and successful project delivery.
This role requires a structured, analytical, communicative, and accountable professional with strong leadership capability, project governance knowledge, and proven experience in managing cross-functional technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, deployment, handover, and project closing.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, deliverables, budget monitoring, and implementation schedules based on business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, technical teams, business users, clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, issue logs, risks, dependencies, budget usage, change requests, and pending items to ensure timely resolution and project continuity.
- Manage project scope and ensure any scope changes are properly reviewed, documented, approved, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, progress reviews, coordination sessions, stakeholder updates, and steering discussions when required.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, organized, and properly maintained, including project plans, UAT documents, reports, checklists, handover documents, and closing reports.
- Identify project risks, operational challenges, technical issues, and potential delays, then define mitigation plans and escalate critical matters when needed.
- Oversee system implementation, testing coordination, UAT, deployment, troubleshooting follow-up, user handover, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare project performance reports, management updates, lessons learned, and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, IT project management, system implementation, digital solution, telecom, infrastructure, or other project-based roles.
- Must have PMP Certification / Project Management Professional Certification.
- Experience managing technology projects such as IoT, FTTH, digital payment, software/system implementation, connectivity solutions, telecom infrastructure, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodology, including project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder management, change management, and project reporting.
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and project dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to create and manage project documentation, project timelines, progress reports, risk registers, issue logs, UAT documents, budget tracking, and project closing reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of basic IT infrastructure, networking, API, database, cloud services, system integration, digital payment, IoT, FTTH, or telecom solutions is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, accountable, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
