Job Description

Lead and manage IT projects from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as the primary leader responsible for client satisfaction, including handling and managing project escalations effectively.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Present project progress, milestones, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
Prepare project budgets based on scope of work, timelines, and resource requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external clients.
Ensure smooth project execution by being proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable for overall project performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IT banking systems and processes.
Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Solid understanding of project risk and issue management practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and ensure project smoothness end-to-end.
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
