PROJECT MANAGER

Proficient in English - speaking and writing
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
Overseen minimum 2 building projects to completion
Computer literate project related software, other design software, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a multinational project team
Has initiative, positive working attitude, and willing to learn
Work place in Bali, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

Defining project scope, timelines, and budgets
Coordinating with stakeholders, teams, and vendors
Managing resources, risks, and quality control
Monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
