What You Will Experience
- Manage end-to-end project activities related to ERP and automation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business users, consultants, and vendors throughout project implementation.
- Support ERP implementation projects across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, while ensuring effective project governance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Track project progress and prepare regular updates for management.
- Support change management, user readiness, and implementation activities during project deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure smooth integration of new systems.
- Act as the internal project focal point during consultant-led implementation projects.
What is Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, ERP project management, PMO, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in SAP rollout, implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing operations, mills, production, logistics, or supply chain processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including senior management, business users, consultants, and vendors.
- Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments.
