About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO (Project Management Officer) to support the Architect Department in managing project coordination, timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring architectural projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for architectural projects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and administrative processes are properly maintained
- Assist in risk identification and issue tracking throughout project execution
- Monitor project compliance with company standards and procedures
- Support communication and alignment between design, construction, and operational teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or architecture/construction projects
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
