Expert, Project (Recausticizing, Lime Kiln)

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor of Technology in Civil engineering or any related field.
2. Minimum 18 y. o
3. 15 years or more experience in Civil engineering, including proven experience Recausticizing; Lime Kiln environments. Certifications are added advantage.
4. Manage civil erection mill wide
5. Monitoring and controlling civil progress
6. Conduct independent audit and propose solutions
7. Control project progress and contractor performance
8. Able to interpret civil design drawings
9. Able to inspect for quality of job
10. Must audit actual quantity and review billing claims
11. Able to handle project from concept to completion
12. Make budgeting for jobs
13. Proper coordination with mechanical, QC and erection teams
14. Able to check compliance to industry standards, codes of practice and safety aspects
15. Able to make detailed schedule for job execution
16. Should be able to handle all types of civil jobs including concreting, structural, foundations, repair, modification, drainage, piling etc.
17. Manage and control resources to execute the projects.
