We're looking for a team member in our fast-growing company as
Project Manager. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from the discovery, design, development, until the implementation. The role also requires you to become the bridge between Antikode and the clients, so the ability to manage the communication as well as the way the project is delivered to the clients is very crucial.
Job Descriptions
- Understand the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Fully involved in full Software Development Lifecycle using waterfall / agile methodology.
- Coordinate between different teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues or changes.
- Ensure alignment of expectations of delivering objectives, success criteria, high-level scope, high-level timeline, expected roles and responsibilities, main risk and constraints, etc)
- Capture feedback & lessons learned to continuously improve project deliverables.
- Proficient in technical document writing to ensure good communication within the team and/or with clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in digital project management and working on client-based projects.
- Experienced in implementing/delivering multiple successful website projects with high-quality results.
- Excellent organizational & client relations skills.
- Excellent communication (both in English & Bahasa Indonesia).
- Eager to continuously improve and learn new skills.
- High proficiency in using various professional tools including Jira, Slack, and Google Suite/
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
