Plan and manage detailed timelines across multiple branding, content, and digital projects across all divisions.
Ensure all project milestones are realistic and achievable.
Lead cross-functional coordination by serving as the central communication hub between the creative, strategy, and other division teams to ensure alignment.
Coordinate daily work activities, conduct check-ins, and manage delivery checkpoints to keep projects moving forward using ClickUp as the project management tool.
Create and manage the company's event calendar by consolidating schedules from all divisions.
Analyze and manage projects (planning, targets, and budgets), as well as operational issues, to identify root causes and develop strategic solutions.
Collaborate with various internal (cross-division) and external stakeholders (other business units) to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
Present analysis results and recommendations clearly through presentations to management or stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, production, management consulting, or strategy.
Experience in the Fashion, FMCG, or Retail industry is preferred.
Familiar with Scrum, Daily Standups, Kanban, PDCA Cycle, and Agile methodologies.
Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling data and work processes.
Proficient in ClickUp, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Strong logical and structured thinking with solid analytical skills in handling data and numbers.
Possesses strong business acumen and the ability to create business projections.
