Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple business-related projects, including new brand launches, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with agreed scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery
• Identify project risks and issues, and provide timely mitigation plans
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates for management
• Ensure project execution follows project management best practices

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have experience min 5 years in project management or related
• Strong understanding of PMBOK framework (minimum version 5)
• Has attended formal Project Management training
• Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferably business or strategic projects
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment
