Project Management
Location : Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid)
We are seeking a PM with experience to join our team in managing large and complex IT projects. As part of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of technology solutions, from planning and execution to final evaluation. You will work closely with clients to analyze their business needs, design technology driven solutions, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including risk management, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and develop technology implementation plans.
- Manage and monitor project progress using PM methodologies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed about developments, roadblocks, and milestones.
- Guide project teams on project management methodologies and relevant tools.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the liaison between technical teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and in dynamic team environments.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
