Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Batam, Indonesia, for a Project Management Officer (Supply & Inventories). The role involves overseeing and managing supply chain logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution. The candidate will develop project plans, monitor budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. Addressing challenges within supply and inventory processes will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee and execute supply and inventory-related initiatives successfully.
• Proficient in Budgeting and Analytical Skills, enabling effective financial planning and problem-solving for projects.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an on-site setting and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Previous experience in supply chain or inventory management is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools is a bonus.
