Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles
  • Proven track record of cross-functional project execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of both demand-side and supply-side growth funnels
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable handling both strategic planning and operational execution
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Background in tech startup, proptech, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO, performance marketing, and UX optimization
  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data dashboards is a bonus

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Cross-functional Orchestration

  • Act as the Project Manager for all lead generation initiatives across departments
  • Align, coordinate, and drive cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Supply, Product, and Data teams
  • Ensure each stakeholder understands their role, responsibilities, and deadlines

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Work with Marketing to brainstorm and implement strategies for effective and cost-efficient leads generation
  • Monitor and support the execution of campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels
  • Collaborate with Product & Tech to optimize website, app, and internal systems for lead conversion

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Work with the Data Team to ensure all lead generation activities are tracked with clear metrics and KPIs
  • Set up proper dashboards and reporting mechanisms to evaluate effectiveness
  • Conduct post-mortems and identify learnings from each initiative for future improvement

SOP & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all initiatives are implemented according to established SOPs
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for each lead generation initiative
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or risks, and implement solutions
