Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and execute offline sales projects from planning through implementation
Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and training teams to improve processes and execution
Support offline sales teams with operational guidelines, training materials, and incentive programs
Execute operational strategies to drive user acquisition and business growth in offline channels
Track KPIs and monitor sales performance to ensure targets are achieved
Analyze data and on-the-ground insights to identify gaps and recommend improvements
Document workflows, SOPs, and best practices to support scalable operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, Translation, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Operations, Project Management, or Sales Operations (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Basic understanding of Finance or E-commerce industry is a plus.
Familiarity with offline sales operations, including experience in sales incentives and motivation programs.
Ability to conduct basic data analysis and make decisions based on data and on-the-ground insights.
Strong cross-functional communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
