Technical Competencies :
- S1 from System Information, Management, Engineering
- Min. 2 years experience
- Proficient in conversational and written English
- Demonstrate adequate business acumen, preferably experienced in creating/assisting business plan or project charter/plan.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Airtable, and/or other database monitoring tools.
- Sufficient experience in working with Gsuite & virtual meeting platforms
- Strong administration skill
Main Activities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the complete process of the program, which includes pre-program activities such as participants attandence, in-program tasks, and post program administrative duties.
- Serving as the central point of communication for clients involved in the program and managing the scheduling process throughout the pre-program, during-program, and post-program phases.
- Assisting the participants (corporations & startups) needs in conducting tech integration meetings, pilot development, implementation, & monitoring; including cross-coordinating with Business Analyst Team or other function to support the program.
- Supporting the project team for specific tasks requested by the Project Manager.
