Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of the Academic Medical Center development.
Develop project strategies, plans, and measurable timelines.
Manage cross-division and stakeholder coordination (internal and external, including government, universities, and strategic partners).
Oversee project budget management and ensure efficient use of resources.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
Prepare and present regular project progress reports to the Board of Directors.
Identify project risks and establish mitigation strategies.
Build, develop, and lead the project management team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
Master's degree (or higher) in Management, Healthcare, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Minimum 1012 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in large-scale projects (preferably in healthcare, education, or infrastructure).
Proven track record in successfully leading large-scale development projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of regulations and standards in the healthcare and higher education sectors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
