Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project management standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards
  • Align project portfolios with business objectives
  • Maintain risk, issue and schedules across streams
  • Facilitate governance meetings
  • Define quality standards for deliverables
  • Support testing & validation by coordinating test plans, acceptance criteria, and reporting
  • Support knowledge transfer
  • Produce accurate status reports

Requirements

  • Ability to present complex data concisely
  • Clear communication across all levels
  • Proactive identification and mitigation
  • Maintaining documentation and governance standards
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Odoo, etc.)
  • Experience with spreadsheets
