• Supports daily operations by coordinating production activities, employees, vendors, projects, and facilities to ensure workplace and production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, General Affairs, and Operations.
• Manage operations, including project timeline management & coordination, facility management, maintenance, vendor and procurement management, and operational logistics.
• Digitally savvy, with the ability to monitor project timelines, manage administrative workflows, and support operational needs.
• Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
