Main Role
The Project Management Lead owns end-to-end delivery for the engineering team. You turn product and technical goals into a realistic plan and then protect it, running the delivery cadence and keeping a small senior team plus a larger layer of freelancers and specialist contractors moving against clear milestones. You make done unambiguous, surface risks and blockers to leadership early rather than late, and act as the operating owner of delivery, working directly with venture leadership (CEO, CTO, technical and product leads).
Key Responsibilities & Activities :
- Own delivery end-to-end, from planning through acceptance.
- Run the delivery cadence (planning, stand-ups, reviews) and keep the team and contractor layer moving against clear milestones.
- Turn product and technical goals into a realistic plan, then protect it, surfacing risks and blockers to leadership early.
- Coordinate a distributed delivery model: in-house engineers plus a managed pool of specialist contractors and freelancers.
- Make done unambiguous by defining and tracking acceptance criteria with the product and technical leads.
- Work directly with venture leadership as the operating owner of delivery.
Requirement
- 7+ years delivering software products, including 3+ years leading delivery as a technical project, program, or delivery manager.
- A track record of shipping complex software on time across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Fluency with agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and modern delivery tooling (e.g., Linear, Jira).
- Experience managing distributed teams that include external contractors or freelancers.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the credibility to hold the line with senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Domain exposure in e-commerce, messaging, or conversational AI.
- Experience delivering AI/ML or data products.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted (AI-native) engineering workflows.
- PMP, CSM, or an equivalent delivery certification.
