Project Management Intern

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Support project managers in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect project updates and follow up on pending tasks.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or issues.
• Assist in organizing project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Support data analysis and prepare presentations for project reviews and management updates.
• Maintain accurate records of project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure project documents are properly organized and updated in shared systems.
• Perform other project-related administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in project management, business operations, or process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading university projects, student organizations, or internship projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
