Job Responsibility

1. Overall coordination of ME projects

2. Tracking of ME project progress

3. Tracking of internal and external meetings

4. Preparation of project reports, data sheets, BU SOPs, and related documentation

5. Anomaly analysis and report generation

Recruitment Criteria

1. Strong customer communication and cross-departmental coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively accross different teams. Demonstrates logical thinking, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage urgent project milestones and deadlines.

2. Proficient in office software, with strong capabilities in document management, data analysis, and report generation. Experience managing projects at major tech companies (big tech) is preffered.

3. Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Indonesian.

4. Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Experience in project management within the 3C industry is preferred.

5. Familiar in project planning, schedule control, risk assesment, and cost control. Also, capable of managing new projects.
