Job Description
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and ensure smooth project execution from planning to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines and deliverables
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing process improvements, SOPs, and operational frameworks
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
- Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and operational planning as needed

- Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably in STEM, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or up to two (2) years of working experience are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with strong ownership and execution mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or organizational experience in project management, operations, consulting, strategy, or business analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools is a plus
- Experience managing/leading projects or initiatives during university is highly valued
