Analyse industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to uncover whitespace opportunities and build new competitive advantages.
Develop financial models and build business cases to evaluate trade-offs, assess risks, and support leadership in making data-driven decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance) to implement initiatives from ideation to execution.
Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational challenges, and iterate solutions to ensure successful delivery.
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights and regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (financial modelling, data analysis).
Structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
