  • Develop and maintain learning and development strategy aligned with project and business growth
  • Define competency framework and capability roadmap for project teams
  • Design structured learning paths and onboarding programs for new resources
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend development initiatives to improve team readiness
  • Establish knowledge management repository and standard learning materials
  • Standardize SOPs and documentation to support consistent delivery
  • Support operational planning to ensure capability readiness for project ramp-up
  • Monitor readiness status and highlight risks related to capability gaps
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with operational needs
  • Drive continuous improvement for learning effectiveness and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Management or related roles, with strong stakeholder management and learning & development exposure
  • Prior experience in the credit industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong critical thinking ability with hands-on execution capability
  • Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or tech-driven environment
