Are you an analytical finance or accounting student looking to get fast-paced corporate experience for four months We are gearing up for a high-volume expansion phase and we need a motivated Project Finance Intern to join our team! You will be responsible for processing purchase requests (PR), entering data into SAP, and keeping our internal trackers accurate, to support store design needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Active university student (minimum 5th semester) majoring in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts (asset classification and budgeting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Fast learner, highly meticulous with data entry, and comfortable managing administrative workloads.
Job Role:
- Create, process, and track purchase requisitions (PR) within SAP to support store design needs.
- Ensure data accuracy regarding asset classification and project budgeting.
- Review store designs to determine and verify order requirements, also ensure operational and financial alignment.
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP to confirm delivery and completion of services/goods.
- Update and maintain internal financial trackers.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to facilitate and monitor the timely creation of Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure smooth and accurate payment processing.
- Act as a key cross-functional bridge between Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to keep store timelines on track.
