You will be responsible for Supporting the Successful Implementation of the TenderBoard eProcurement System for new customers. This role is expected to be default remote (Work-From-Home). Here is the overview of the key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
Provide support to Project Manager
- Compile requirements relating to integration with external systems
- Track project timeline for integration requirements
System Testing, Training and Launch
- Work with the Integration Engineering team to deliver the integration for the customer
- Perform System Integration Testing and support user integration testing
- Provide training on the integration-related portions to the relevant parties
Internal documentation
- Prepare internal documentation for documenting the changes to the system
- Prepare internal documentation to handover the customer support operations team
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with ERP systems
- Fluent in API testing
