Project Executive
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a project coordination, project executive, or B2B sales-related role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, key account handling, or project-based selling is required.
- Experience in the steel industry, construction materials, mining, or heavy industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles, from pre-sales to project execution.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities, including understanding client needs, preparing proposals, cost estimations, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, procurement) to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with B2B clients, particularly in project-based and industrial sectors.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables align with agreed commercial and technical terms.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business during project execution.
- Prepare regular project and sales progress reports for management.
- Handle client communications related to project scope changes, commercial discussions, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company margins, policies, and quality standards.
- Support post-project evaluation and client follow-up to strengthen long-term partnerships.
